Ryan Hayes, the founder of parrow Digital is a marketing strategy consultant based in Montreal, working with businesses to define their marketing direction, structure how it operates, and build internal capability.

With over 15 years of experience, Ryan has built and led digital marketing agencies, worked directly with growing businesses across industries, and now focuses on strategy, consulting, and training.

His work centers on helping organizations move beyond fragmented marketing efforts by aligning strategy, systems, and execution. This includes defining priorities, improving how marketing is measured, and structuring how teams and partners work together.

In addition to his consulting work, Ryan teaches business and marketing at the college level, bringing a practical, real-world approach to both education and advisory engagements.
